What languages are available on RSViP app?
Currently, RSViP app is available in English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Russian, Portuguese, Arabic and German. Other languages are constantly being added with each update.
How do I sign up as a professional on RSViP?
Download RSViP app and select “Professional” from the start up menu. Select “create account” and begin entering your
profile details including uploading your beautiful photos.
I work for myself; can I use RSViP App?
RSViP app was designed specifically with you in mind. Independent contractors or beauty & wellness freelancers now have a
modern option to allow clients to book and pay for their services easily through the app.
I am not in the U.S., can I still set up my business on RSViP?"
Yes definitely. RSViP app is currently available in eight languages and constantly adding new languages. We have partnered
with Stripe as a payment option for our “Professionals”, therefore if Stipe operates within your country, then we are there.

Can my existing customers book me on RSViP?
Yes of course. Existing customers just need to download RSViP app and set up an account.
Can clients pay me by a credit or debit card?
1 . How to create a Stripe account. 2. How to connect your Stripe account to your RSViP banking account ( This will allow you to accept credit/debit cards via Stripe).
Do I need to give you my banking info and is it safe?
We DO NOT ask for your banking information. This is the main reason we partnered with Stripe, one of the best payment
processors for online businesses.

Most definitely! Professionals can set up their days off and holiday schedule.
Can I contact my clients using the app?
Professionals can interact with their clients via call or text within the app.
Can I set up a cancellation or no-show policy?
Each professional can set their cancellation or no-show policy in their profile.
Do I receive appointment reminders?
The app sends notifications to the client and professionals. Professionals will also have their booking calendar history.
I don't see my service category, Can I still use RSViP app?"
Yes. Unfortunately, we wanted to keep the app simple and did not want to list every service category. However, you can
always choose “Wellness” as a category and input your service details within your profile.

Can I book my appointment from the website?
Unfortunately, the mobile app is the only platform to book appointments. However, we are always listening to our customers and if they demand it…then we must comply!
What happens if I am late for my appointment or if I must cancel?
Just send a text message to your beauty professional all within the app. Every beauty professional will have their own policy on delay or cancellations.
What about paying and tipping?
All payment, including gratuities, is done in an easy and secure way through the mobile app. No more trying to find the right change, or calculate the right tip, or people watching how much you are going to tip and most importantly…keep everyone out of your business!
